The story is of a techno feudal society that falls to fascism and eventually collapses after becoming plagued with a virus after discovering a new powerful resource.
The Project Brief was very loose at this stage, I was given a broad outline of the nature of the world, that would be used as theme for an Immersive Concert.
I sat and boarded a wordless story from there, designing a victorian steampunk aesthetic and arch that would take through the various layers of the society as the pandemic and the subsequent lockdown take hold.
